We acknowledge the Wadawurrung People, the rightful owners of this Dja (land), for letting us live, learn and respect this incredibly beautiful country. We watch the koonawarra (black swan) glide across the bay. We listen to the parrwang (magpipe) squawking, and we feel the wordel (crabs) hard shell. With our feet in the soft sand, we see the kuwiyni (fish) shiny scales shimmer in the water. We hear the mongarrk (echidna) rustling in the undergrowth. We see the goim (kangaroo) bounce through the fields. At the end of the day, Swan Bay shimmers in the sunset. Thank you for sharing your land.
